It is probably true that we have wine in our veins. Colesel was, is and will be a crossroads of lives- in every possible way. A series of strong and tenacious generations that handed down a pure, passionate and stubborn DNA.

The story of Colesel begins in 1865 in the Cartizze area, in the heart of Valdobbiadene, and is a story of rural tradition on the link between man and his land.
Today Antonio, Vlady and Siro Bortolin continue to carry on the family tradition by caring with passion the 106 hectares of vineyards that extend over steep hills up to over 300 meters high, and give birth to the Colesel spumante. A unique spumante of its kind because it originates from a land that combines our willfulness as winemakers with the culture of tradition, the tenacity of work with the innovation of knowledge.
